We take as much care delivering your gift as we do designing it.
Local deliveries are made within Houston and surrounding areas Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Delivery charges range from $15 to $75 depending on location. Baskets ordered for local delivery by 10:30 a.m. will be delivered the same day by 5:00 p.m. Any orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the next business day, unless a future delivery date is arranged. Same day delivery is available on orders received after 11:00 a.m., however, a rush delivery fee may be incurred. To avoid a second delivery job, make sure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. Residential deliveries made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be left with a neighbor, if possible, and a door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location. When no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery will be made. You will be charged accordingly.
Nationwide shipping is available throughout the United States Monday through Friday via UPS Regular Ground Service, unless you request otherwise. Orders received by 12:00 p.m. CST are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. Please allow more lead time for holiday shipments. Three-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, are available, contact us for rates. Additional charges may be incurred for an incorrect address.
From time to time, if a product or container is temporarily out of stock or otherwise unavailable we may make substitutions in order to guarantee freshness and timely delivery. We reserve the right to substitute a product or container of equal or greater value.
